arts nature moments is a place for the admiration of nature and the appreciation of the tiny details life wants to show us. I am most inspired by the light and the smell of the air when I stroll along the coastline, it makes one forget the problems and struggle of the week. Being out in sun and the wind and the rain is where it all starts to make sense. The interaction of mind and nature is a relationship that is so strong and so simple and yet the wonderful moments you'll find out there are very meaningful and important to absorb. Once you fill your mind with the inherent natural beauty you can start to feel and create and produce art. In unconditional positive regard, my work is for you - the land and the sea.

seaside collection

to me the time I use off-routine and different to daily habits is mostly spent on the coast or sailing. The southern part of Denmark is where I feel centered and relaxed just so quickly. Just a few days on the beach or strolling along hidden paths in the green backwoods can feel like weeks away from everything else. The soft reflection of the ever changing light off the surface of the bay is something so fresh and yet eternal, it really helps to unwind and put things into perspective as being on the beach always does somehow, magically.

woods collection

being close to the sea is always a source of inspiration and opens more room to think and breathe. Just behind the beach you find the meadows and woods. They are always whispering something and let you look around carefully. The woods are a place to listen and look up to chase the light. Behind the leaves you can see the meadow glowing softly.

Ærø collection

the idyllic island of Ærø is such a very special place for me it's hard to describe the pure beauty in words and that serene feeling of somehow being placed in another time once set foot on this magic peace of land out there in the baltic sea, surrounded by the glittering sensations of light. The winding paths through fields and the intense colours and the gentle breeze carry me away to memories of my childhood and innocence and joy. Nothing has ever changed here. The amazing views of landscape formed so smoothly during ice age and the wild natural beaches, the intense scent of grass and salty sea are the sort of scenery and impressions that draw me back to the island recurring since I was a child. This way Ærø deserves a category for itself.
